My sister booked us at Villa Gracia Lemery Batangas and because it's holy week all the cottages with rooms are fully booked so we choose to stay in small cottage.
The price is Php 1,500 (cottage only) and we paid Php 20.00 per head the driver is free of charge. The resort has two swimming pools and the entrance is Php 50.00. The children pool is 3 ft and the adult from 4ft - 6ft deep.We also rent videoke for Php 1,000.00.
How I wish that we plan and book earlier so we can reserved the cottages with rooms for overnight swimming.
The place is not so far in Metro Manila. Total travel time from Quezon City to Lemery Batangas is 3 hours (without traffic). Please be careful driving around 5AM as roads in Tagaytay towards Batangas is very foggy. Fog is very scary. We can't see the road and I even used our phone for additional flashlights.
I thanks God for a safe travel and enjoyable bonding time with my family.

Pros: Budget wise - affordable price, friendly staffs, videoke rental, clean beach, two swimming pools, lifeguard, fine black sand, sari-sari store, grilling areas, all cottages have bathrooms
